Local peach wood is the secret to achieving our signature smoke flavor. From the very first bite you'll pick up on the subtle sweet flavor that this amazing wood imparts. As they say, “Good things come to those who wait” and that certainly holds true for great barbecue which can take up to 18 hours to cook properly. Be sure to look for the distinct pinkish ring around the edge of our smoked selections.
